1a. The Earth is an earthing mat. Grass provides good earthing/grounding. Sidewalks and concrete streets or driveways are pretty good. A concrete floor in a basement, garage, or room is pretty good too. The ground outside (or in a basement or greenhouse etc) is also good, unless the ground is too dry.
1b. You just need your bare skin touching the Earth or grounding material. It can be your hand, or feet, or even just your heel of one foot. The minimum per day should be about 15 minutes, but the more the better.
2. You can make your own earthing mat by connecting a wire to a metal grounding rod that sticks down into the ground outside. The other end of the wire going through a window or door would need to connect to a metal object, like a small sheet of metal or screen. Then you would put one or both bare feet on the object. If your electrical outlets are connected to a ground wire, you can connect the wire inside to an outlet ground so you don't have to put the wire through a window or door. The outlet ground is the third hole in the outlet.
3. You can buy or make earthing shoes. or you can buy mats online, but you would also need to buy a tester to make sure they work. Just do a search on earthing products.
I haven't tried to buy anything myself. I just connected a wire to a grounding rod by my door and inside to a narrow chain that connects to a spoon, which I can put my foot on or which I can put in my sock for while I'm eating or sleeping.
There are some Youtube videos that discuss earthing mats that people have tried. One person got one and a tester and he found out that his mat wasn't working well. The earthing shoes I saw available online are mostly summer shoes.
Thanks for the info about ashwaganda! I delved into the similar and cited-by studies for the one you provided, and this more recent study confirms that ashwaganda is effective as a preventative and treatment for covid: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33737804/ This study also shows that ashwaganda's active ingredients will irreversibly bind to the virus' main protease Mpro and prevent/treat infection: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36098617/
1. Imagine a ring of pulsing circulating plasma energy around your body.
Slowly move the ring from the top to your feet. Imagine the electromagnetic forces driving all impurities away, down to earrh.
2. Use some kind of ozone therapy. Warning : it is similar, but stronger than the chlorine-dioxide cures, including most side-effects. Its residu, though, is more benign than the chlorine path. It is real oxydation and your body is well known to handle that :)
Thanks. I found a Bitchute video saying that ozone was used very successfully by a doctor on Covid 19 patients. So I added #6 and a link for Ozone Therapy info.
Improving gut health is always overlooked. Our immune system is dependent on the health of our guts.
You're welcome to provide links to info, if you like.
Where do you get earthing mats? Thank you.
