Riboflavin is Vitamin B2 and is likely an inhibitor of the Covid virus, which likely can slow down the viral infection, so that the immune system can overtake the disease and eventually clear the body of the virus. Following are natural food sources of Riboflavin, i.e. Vitamin B2. (Number of servings needed per day of an individual item are shown. Less of each is needed if 2 or more different items are consumed per day.)

Beef liver (half serving)

Almonds or Soybeans or Feta cheese (1-2 servings)

Eggs or Wild salmon or Tempeh or Mackerel (3 servings)

-2. STOP THE CLOTTING WITH EARTHING

I think this may be the most important info that people need regarding the virus and the vaxes. The info is from MidwesternDoctor's paper, Why Vaccines Are Dangerous, at https://amidwesterndoctor.substack.com/p/why-does-every-vaccine-often-cause . He said the spike protein causes clotting, whether in the vaccine or on the virus, because it has a strong positive charge, which makes it bind to red blood cells, which have a negative charge. When all of the RBCs have negative charge, they repel each other and that makes them move easily through blood vessels. If they encounter positive charge, it slows them down or stops them, which can result in clots and microstrokes when they block capillary flow to an organ. It also increases blood pressure and inflammation. A number of things help RBCs recharge or maintain negative charge.

Earthing requires contact with the Earth directly, or via a conductor, such as metal, or wire, or concrete, or ceramic tile, or aluminum screen, or a conductive mat or strap etc. There are mats with cords that can plug into an outlet's ground. Shoes and wood floors and carpets are insulating, so they prevent grounding. By not grounding, positive charge builds up and produces inflammation, blood clots etc. Inflammation is the main cause of pain.

James Sloane says that Lecithin granules are good for cleaning out blood vessels, so they may be a good addition to grounding. Vitacost.com is one source.

_This video says people in the capitol of Ecuador, Guayaquil, were dying of Covid at the rate of 100 per day. Kalcher started treating them with ClO2 and the death rate plummeted to near zero. _Kalcker says the U.N. says Doctors anywhere can use any treatment for any disease, if they have reason to think it may work, so the CDC and FDA cannot legally prevent them from doing so.

On Substack.com a doctor said this recently. "MMS can sometimes fix zeta potential by oxidizing the positive charges on the spike protein, but we're a bit undecided on how effective it is because not very many people I've talked to have tried it and had the clumping looked at when it was done and in some people with spike protein illnesses, their systems can't tolerate the oxidative stress oxidative therapies can create (helps some doesn't help others)."

The video also gives these instructions on how to make CDS (chlorine dioxide solution) from sodium chlorite solution. (MMS, which makes CDS, seems to be better for some issues, like malaria.)

1. Get a short & wide pint glass jar with a sealable glass lid

2. Put an empty shot glass in it

3. Pour distilled or unchlorinated water around and to the top of, but not in, the shot glass

4. Measure out 5cc or 1 teaspoon of 25% NaClO2 and put in the shot glass

5. Measure out 5cc or 1 teaspoon of 4% HCl (hydrochloric acid, or 5% vinegar) and put it in the shot glass

NOTE: Try to have ventilation and avoid breathing the fumes, because a small amount of chlorine gas will be produced

6. Seal the jar and set it in a warm, dark place for 12 hours or more

7. After 12 hours or more take out the shot glass and empty it into a container to save as a disinfectant

8. Put the empty shot glass back into the jar and repeat steps 4-7, if you want a stronger concentration of CDS

9. The CDS color should look similar to that of sunflower oil; it can be drank a few teaspoonfuls or more at a time several times a day to destroy spike proteins, viruses and other pathogens

If that’s too difficult, I think inhaling a few whiffs of chlorine dioxide (the #-5 cure above) should also destroy viruses in the sinuses.

He says: There is no set time for anything as there are always so many variables. Chlorella helps with metal removal that can be in shots. It can also help with immunity. Schisandra also helps with immunity and supports the liver, especially if allowed to contact the tongue [not in a capsule]. TMG being a methyl donor serves numerous functions as methylation is required for around 4,000 reactions in the body. This … includes detoxification, immune function, repairing nerve damage, etc.

NOTE: An apparently experienced doctor says the following about CDS and MMS.

I know a lot of people who use CDS and in many cases it does help (especially for chronic infections that will not go away). However, with COVID (… it works best … nebulized) it helps some people, but for others later in the disease process, the oxidative stress is too much for their system to handle. I read through Kalcker's study right after he completed it, so I am fully aware of it. Everyone I know who's tried using it for vaccine injuries has not responded to it.

I don’t know how solid the science is on nanotech within the Covid shots, but to err on the side of caution, she mentioned that electric shock can destroy such nanotech. Wayne Green or someone said on Art Bell’s radio show in the 1990s that pilots or someone working in the jungles of South America discovered that electric shock from the plane’s battery can neutralize snake venom. He said it was found to work on viruses and other pathogens in the blood, and I think cancer, as well. Apparently, it can destroy nanotech in the blood too.

A painless way to do it is to connect 3 9-volt batteries in series and touch the leads to the skin near each ankle, preferably over a blood vessel, after rubbing a few drops of saltwater to the area to increase conductivity. Place the positive lead on one leg and the negative on the other and hold them firmly in place for a few minutes. The leads can then be switched to the opposite legs for a few minutes more. Even just one 9-volt battery can do the job, but hold the leads on a little longer. This can also be done periodically to help prevent infections.
