INTRO
A reader, named Bill, turned me on to this exciting development. The lawsuit has been filed just a couple weeks ago and it’s against not just the Covid Conspirators, but against other Jackass Conspirators as well, as shown on the lawsuit copy below. One group of conspiracies mentioned happens to be the mosquito spreading scheme in Hawaii that I posted about earlier. I plan to add myself as a Plaintiff and I plan to name my former warehouse employer as a Defendant for pretending to have the right to mandate masks and social distancing and “vaccinations” for employees. Hopefully, God is as sick of them as we are.

2. This Court has jurisdiction since the contentions herein rest primarily on federal law, or to be interwoven with the federal laws. Michigan v. Long, 463 U.S. 1032, 1040-1041, 103 S. Ct. 3469, 77 L.F.d. 2d 1201 (1983). Other relevant authorities to enforce state and federal laws including, and not limited to
Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175;
Federal Crime of Treason 18 USC § 2381;
Domestic Terrorism, 18 USC § 2331;
and Genocide 18 USC §1091.
1. Plaintiffs seek an order, requiring Defendants to immediately prohibit the distribution, promotion, access and administration of COVID-19 injections, mRNA nanopatticle injections, and ill mRNA products in the United States;
prohibit releasing poisonous heavy metals, chemicals and other dangerous ingredients into the sky throughout the United States;
prohibit releasing deadly mosquitoes; enjoin Defendants from giving other countries tax payers money; secure the boarders around the United States, by stopping illegal migrants and terrorist groups from entering the United States;
and prohibit radiofrequency from being released 5G.

{TIME FOR ACTION, NOT JUST TALK.} And we all talk about how we hate the globalists and we hate the elites and we hate what they're up to. there's sometimes a lack of like accountability from us to go to that next part and go, OK, how do we actually do something? What's the solution here instead of staying? I was stewing on it for so long, like we've got all of these bad guys. We all know that they are committing ... crimes that are like you've mentioned, have basis in the Constitution. So why don't we just try, batter up and let's try it. They are so thankful for Mike 'cause he was absolutely on the same wavelength that he was. He saw that vision as well. And he's by far one of the greatest freedom fighters I've ever met. Like true and true. And so he was like, you know, yes, this is taking my crazy idea and actually turned it into like a legitimate lawsuit. When we sat down and all talked together and then I'll find that little conference and everybody came up with their own ideas. OK, what about this? What about that? See, that's where the real power is, when people get together and they discuss something. Then turn around and make that happen and that's what.... We had like 150 people. More, I think it was almost 200 defendants.
{JANE/JOHN DOE'S VIA DISCOVERY.} We're like, not just suing like the heads of these organizations, but also like the employees. So you really have, like, thousands of defendants on here. And then so these Jane and John Doe's one through 1000. You can see that after each one of these departments. You wanna tell us a little bit about what that means, Mike? So what happens is that since we don't know their names, and then as we go through the lawsuit, we get into a discovery phase. And in the discovery phase we ask everybody's name who was involved in it, whether giving the shots, whether loading up a plane to spray the chemtrails, and all the employees if they participated in some manner, So then they have to provide us those names. ... If they participated in their federal government agency, then they conspired to go along. So if they conspire to do wrong, we have a right to their names. So it'll hopefully come out in discovery.
{CHEMTRAILS.} {The military} started the chemtrails in the skies in the early 1940s and they did it as like a test and what a lot of people don't know is because they manipulated the weather through the chemtrails and all these other things, is that there's actually a treaty between United States and numerous other countries saying that they will not use weather manipulation as a form of a weapon against that country, because that's how devastating it is.
{VERITAS MOLE/S V. PROJECT WHISTLEBLOWER.} Like why is Project Veritas on there? OK, well, I'll just say real fast. I think we're dismissing them, but everybody go watch Justin Wesley's documentary. We also had him on the Unjected show. Project Whistleblowers. Yeah, a couple episodes back. Project Whistleblower. That's gonna enlighten you on as to why they even ended up on this list. But we're gonna save that fight for another time. But now at least you'll know that there are wolves in sheep's clothing. They blocked Justin, like breaking one of the biggest vaccine stories. And he risked his skin. Justin risked his skin to get that information out there. They refused to release the story and put him through some rigmarole. It was a harrowing story and his documentary is called Project Whistleblowers.
{ILLEGAL AGENCIES.} I think probably most people don't know (which Mike is just Started educating us on) is the fact that a lot of these organizations that are listed in here are illegal organizations. So could you touch on what that means, Mike, 'cause people are gonna see in here FEMA and the FBI and people are gonna be like, what is the reasoning? So maybe we you could touch on that for us. Sure. FEMA was created by an executive order pursuant to the United States Constitution Article One. The only one that could create a government agency is the Senate. The president of the United States is overstepping his authority to issue an executive order to create an organization. So therefore they're illegal. You can see the reason why they created a thing like FEMA is so they could really like take money, give them 4 or 5 billion and then do whatever they want to because no checks and balances, so they're really laundering money through them. But see in every aspect, even when Hoover wanted the FBI, he went to the attorney general and says, hey, look, I need an organization or I need an investigation group. So they went round about and what happened when? The FBI's first form, the Senate actually turned around and says no, you can't do that, because they were using Secret Service and other agencies to be a part of their investigation. They've never {approved} the FBI to be a formal government agency, along with the EPA. So you get these organizations that are elevated to a cabinet position, but yet are not formally authorized to do anything. So everything that the FBI has done in the past {was illegal}. So the FBI spying on us or raiding people's homes, whatever kind of disruption they've caused for decades now {was} pretty much domestic terrorism. So when I file this injunction, I'm asking that the FBI, FEMA, and EPA be declared illegal organizations. Does that also include the FDA as an illegal organization? Well, the FDA was actually created legally by Congress.
{VAXERS IMMUNITY IS ILLEGAL TOO.} But what about the 1986 Injury Act, the Vaccine Liability Act? How can we sue these manufacturers if they have this quote unquote liability free clause? What do you have to say about that, Mike? The Supreme Court has made numerous rulings that Congress cannot make an unconstitutional law so therefore, if Congress is saying that you can't sue these people and people are dying from it {vaxes}, it's in essence Congress giving authorization to commit murder. You can't authorize an organization to {kill people}. No one has ever challenged it on that basis. It's an epiphany moment. You're right. Like why can they legalize murder? Big pharma in 1986 liability act literally is a shield to murder people. That's just fundamental. There's there's been thousands of cases that the United States Supreme Court has overturned Congress's laws that they've passed as being unconstitutional; they've overstepped their authority. That's the whole point of the alleged checks and balances system. But it's like it's broken. We gotta take the power back in the courts. And the reason why it's broken is because people aren't stepping up to say no, you can't do that. If you look at the majority of the cases that have won in the United States Supreme Court, it's always been that one 2-3 people that have filed & stood their ground, like Miranda. It was one guy with his three-year sentence and he still fought it. Miranda {Right} came out because the one guy fought. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." Your Miranda rights. Mothers Against Drunk Drivers laws came about because one mother lost her child.
{HAWAII.} All these entities here in Hawaii, why do we have them on the list, Mike? Obviously, I've talked a lot about the fire, but we've kind of determined there wasn't much we could do on that, so let's touch on the GMO mosquitoes. There's a thing where they manufacture mosquitoes and I found out that it's not only in Hawaii, it's all throughout the United States. Yeah, that they're releasing the mosquitoes and they're trying to say that, well, only one out of 1,000,000 mosquitoes have this virus, or one out of 100,000. But if that one can kill you, that's gotta be illegal. If one could could give you some kind of disease, how does that make it legal? And they didn't go through all the procedures that they're supposed to go through. There's a lawsuit filed in the state courts and the lady had lost in the the state court. That's Tina, we had her on our show couple episodes back too. She lost in the Circuit Court and they're appealing it right now and it's not going well. But when I spoke to Tina and said look, if they have rules and regulations, then you have to base your lawsuit on them complying with the rules and regulations. I said you need to base it on a constitutional aspect, because once you go through the state, you can't go to the federal courts now, if it's not based on the constitution, if it's just based on state law. So her argument stopped at the Hawaii Supreme Court. She's done because there's no constitutional issue for the federal courts to pick up. But we're gonna give it a another another attempt. We got it covered. I'm gonna put put the mosquitoes in our injunction.
{INJUNCTIONS.} Oh, OK, so let's talk about that injunction, 'cause I don't think I knew what an injunction was until a couple of days ago. So what is this injunction and what does it mean? Well, the injunction is to stop something. It's to enjoin somebody from committing a certain act. Like the injunction is going to have a Harris in there as far as being ineligible to be president of the United States, because of the Prisoners Act. So we're gonna be asking the courts to rule on the fact that if she's eligible or not to be president. And there's so much proof already on that. And also is this like we'll be asking the courts to declare the injunction to declare those three agencies are illegal. Like the Congress right now is giving money to all these other countries. They're giving billions. They're not giving anything to people that are suffering like in Maui, but to other countries. But there's actually no constitutional provision for that. So we're gonna be asking the courts to stop them from doing it. It'll just take one judge who is awake to what's going on and literally we could put a stick in the spokes of the wheel. So my question is, when we file the injunction, do they have to look at it? Are they just gonna immediately try to deny it? Do they have to look at it? And then what happens? Like if they deny the injunction, what do we do? The courts have to give the defendants an opportunity to be heard to defend against it. So the courts have to hear both sides. So when the injunctions is filed and, if the district courts turned around and says OK, we will have a hearing. Because we have so much proof on all these people coming into the border, now can you not let me go back to the Constitution? The Constitution says that if you aid or provide comfort to your enemies, that's treason. So many people that are coming into the border are on the terrorist watch list. The FBI has already said that. The CIA has already said that. There's 13,000 people here who have been convicted of murder in another country. And it's like 14,000 convicted rapists. It's insane, that just came out a few weeks ago. So, if you have these people on the terrorist watch list and you're letting them into the country and then you're providing a $5000 credit card and housing, you've aided and provided comfort to your enemy. That's treason.
{PRO SE.} When we've gotten the team humanity groups meeting together, it sounds so simple. And why hasn't it been done? Mike, is it really just a lack of knowing how to, or they're always looking at it at the wrong angle? Like I just think it's both of those, and also to remember who you're taking on. You're taking on the FBI. How many people wanna take on the FBI? (Apparently us.) People always fear that, if I do this and they're going to do this to me. And attorneys don't file on these things because the fact is that they suffer repercussions because of it too, They'll lose their bar license. But Mike, you should tell everybody too, that's actually the reason why you've chosen to not become a lawyer, correct? Because of the Bar Association. Then you're always under their umbrella and you always have to play by what they tell you to do, their own rules, their own secret rules and everything else like that. And if you go by that, they always got their thumb on you all the time. You can make a ton of money, but the only way you can make that money is if you do exactly what they tell you to do. And I'm not with that. We're not with that. And you can always represent yourself pro se.
{JOIN TEAM HUMANITY.} This is great segue into a question a lot of people have too, which is for plaintiffs that want to join Team Humanity, right? So obviously we've got the seven of us that filed the lawsuit, but now we need to outreach for support. We need all of the people in the Freedom Community and anybody who's been vaccine injured or who hates poison in the sky, literally pretty much anybody who's got half a brain cell, should join us. Right under the defendant list, Section 1, jurisdiction, there's just a paragraph that really summarizes the whole case. Just Plaintiff seeks an order requiring defendants to immediately prohibit the distribution, promotion, access, and administration of COVID-19 injections, mRNA nanoparticle injections, and all mRNA products in the United States. Prohibit releasing poisonous heavy metals, chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients into the sky throughout the United States. Prohibit releasing deadly mosquitoes. There it is baby. Enjoin defendants from abusing taxpayer money. Secure the borders around the United States by stopping illegal migration and terrorist groups from entering the United States. And prohibit radio frequency from being released via 5G. And so since Mike is not an attorney, he is a paralegal by choice. Since we're coming at this pro se, he is graciously litigating on our behalf. But for him to do so, he needs to have a power of attorney. So Mike, maybe you can explain a little bit more what that means. It only pertains to just this case and it specifies that it has the case number and, even inside the power of attorney document, it says only pertaining to this case, no other issues. So therefore it just allows me to speak on your behalf. So whatever he argues in court, we're OK with it. Mike is our expert here. He can pull anything from the Constitution out in like a second. There's three documents that you're gonna have to do. And you're gonna have to print these and mail them. Do we have an ability to become class action? And how would we do that if we have so many people? Say we have a 10,000 people, the courts will have to declare class action and other similar suits can combine with ours.

The sentiment is worthy. The complaint as it currently stands is way too unfocused, way too broad, and unworkable. It will very likely be dismissed without serious consideration. Consider the riddle of how to eat an elephant.
