I’m just now watching the above video. Now I asked AI if TPUSA is claiming the bullet was found in Kirk’s neck.

Yes, Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the organization Charlie Kirk co-founded, has publicly claimed that a "miracle" related to Kirk's physical condition likely prevented the bullet from passing through his body and potentially killing others.
