Chapter 1:

The Kingpin of Cadwalader

In 2018, I was working with my childhood friend to turn a general staffing branch into a legal recruitment division. We started with local legal support roles like paralegals and saw amazing successes in hires, repeat clientele (mostly law firms), plus strong growth. My role brought in our first (AmLaw top-ranked law firms) big law agreements and placements, so it was exhilarating and rewarding work, with a boss friend who gave me extra autonomy to operate. We both had prior business-to-business (B2B) careers selling to lawyers, albeit in different capacities, so we leveraged it all.

99% of my new role was on the phone, as I rarely needed to Zoom, much less meet clients or talent face-to-face. In my role, I focused ~75% recruiting to ~25% business development, while my boss had an almost flipped scope/role. Being on the phone in just a few concentrated markets will naturally give rise to a few key profiles of prominent attorneys. I heard about this living legend of a lawyer with no comparable equal, named Michael Mascia, who many lawyers seemed to revere. Michael apparently wasn't some suave-speaking litigator, but rather a Banking & Finance big law partner with a pedigree that included a top business school, MIT Sloan, and reaching Partner at perennial top 100 AmLaw firms, Mayer Brown and Cadwalader. The story I heard from several lawyers, including his best friend, Richard Wheelahan, was that Michael "invented" a financial product that every bank doing international transactions had to use. Essentially, he carved out a niche monopoly and created the booming Fund Finance practice group. There was even an attorney I spoke with that called Michael the Godfather of Fund Finance. While Fund Finance is a subcategory within Banking and Finance, it most closely aligns to Structured Finance, where anything can essentially be wrapped around fiat funny money. One of the more common bundled products is mass debt, which may be a foreshadow of what Cadwalader and their clients owe the world.

Chapter 2:

Cadwalader's Int'l Genocide (CIG)

They say records are meant to be broken, so for this chapter, we'll focus on the Mass Tort legal practice group. The heavy majority of people, including many lawyers, wouldn't know the difference between Mass Tort and Class Action, so let's start there. Mass Tort, which translates to large lawsuit, typically involves multiple individuals or parties collectively suing a party or group. The major difference is that class action compensation is more uniform and easier to structure, while Mass Tort has variable injuries with subsequent tiers of payouts. Consequently, big pharma is more likely to face a Mass Tort case recognizing minor damages all the way to wrongful death(s). Alternatively, if a major corporation like Netflix hypothetically double charges 1 month ($6.99) to all their nearly 270 million subscribers, they could be liable for a 1.89 Billion dollar class action suit, a big hit nonetheless. The #2 record for Mass Tort payouts belongs to BP Oil, when they had their catastrophic spill {in 2010}. The settlement damages paid out a total of 20 billion and the suit didn't even involve wrongful human deaths. The current Mass Tort bar setter weighs in at an estimated 206 Billion dollars, dispersed amongst 46 States by 4 tobacco companies in 1998. Sweeping changes in marketing and health safety were structured in this Master Service Agreement (MSA), versus more individual injuries like emphysema, lung cancer, wrongful deaths, etc. Nevertheless, individuals can still sue and utilize the judgement findings which pierced {the corporate veil} liabilities even today. It's only fitting that when our new record holder emerges, they will cross multiple industries including big pharma and Luminous Banking and Finance. Additionally, due to what we will show, as over 30 years of premeditated planning, plus plotting through grants and patents, wrongful deaths shall be structured in early.

Chapter 3:

A Crisis at Cadwalader

It's not everyday most industries get locked down and labeled, unessential, only to watch from the sidelines. RE<enter> our legal spotlight on Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. For those not as familiar with said business, Cadwalader is the oldest standing law firm in NY, as well as historically one of the world's stalwarts. Its clients are heavy global financial powerhouses, like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Carlisle Group, smaller consumer banks like Wells Fargo and Bank of America, plus the privatized Federal Reserve. Our insider piece addresses a precarious situation Big Law finds itself in as big business defenders, government regulating insulators, or both, in some unique circumstances.

As the owner of Legal Link Confidential, 90% of my legal recruiting placements are within big law defense firms. Consequently, one might say, I staff some evil empires of disproportionate power and wealth. Since I live in Charlotte, NC, the #2 banking and finance hub in the US, it's even more skewed as far as clandestine funding or smoke-filled rooms to carry over our prior mass tort record reference. Historically speaking, every fiat currency has collapsed, only to fail over time. Economics-101 teaches that consumer confidence is a key indicator with currency, yet the prefix of confidence is 'con'. If we have another lockdown like 2020, it could be more valuable to use paper dollars as sanitary wipes due to toilet paper shortages with the digital shifting tea leaves being orchestrated.

In 2020-2021 my relationship to Cadwalader took an interesting shift as the world changed. Fresh off an international hiring freeze, they became the first law firm to engage me for staffing needs, and boy was I itching to deliver. I essentially spent several months dedicated to 3 layers of their recruitment needs dictated by their internal HR contacts, until something went supernaturally sideways. They decided to drop me in the middle round of what appeared like the perfect recruitment matched candidate. Mind you, I had partner friends working there, a prior placement, and collected double-digit elite resumes by sourcing then interviewing hundreds of candidates. It felt extremely unprofessional, awkward and hurtful; yet not illegal to dispose of me like trash versus a proven recruiter. The next few months would fill a movie reel as it involved multiple prophetic encounters, while I was picking up the pieces behind the proverbial curtain and masks. Despite feeling hurt, more than anything, my new agency business was actually starting to boom with other accounts. However, I was losing friends to Covid deaths, or more accurately, hospital protocols, including righteous Rabbis I knew.

The main issue I was feeling in the spirit realm was that Covid, a marketing term for a Corona virus "outbreak", was being treated like a zoonotic-originating, Egyptian plague. However, what the L-RD was prophetically revealing to me is we were experiencing an allowed Man-demic or Commandemic, while my client at Cadwalader was connected through a biowarfare ruse, putting profits before his people once again. Prophecy can be described as a simple 2-way, interactive relationship with our creator. A few months earlier, I digitized my Grandfather's Holocaust¹ exposé. He was both liberated from Dachau's Concentration Death Camp, then next had a calling to get back at the Nazis by joining the US Army. For 4½ years, he had the honor to liberate other camps, getting to experience two perspectives as one liberated and a liberator, which is remarkably rare. You can read his linked memoir, as it motivates many; even empowering our website and spiritually guiding our mission. Shortly thereafter, I experienced my first clear, divine encounter when I asked the L-RD, "Why the Holocaust?", which is too long a story for this article. Nevertheless, I will engage, or at minimal relay, HIS answer to any email inquiry or comment respectfully poised. I can tell you that four of my six senses (Yes I add energetic/spiritual) were triggered and my life would never be the same.

Chapter 4:

A Guiding Ruach (Meaning Spirit)

(I never knew that Kiel was a thing, or even associated it with Ezekiel until you brought it up, *** yet I do feel 1 of my TOP AHA moments in the story was understanding I was being driven by a force liketh Ezekiel 3:16-21, whereupon personal relations involving Kiel Bowen entered the water cooler.talk.)

The next series of events felt like a cinematic, cosmic shift to autopilot or cruise control. I was shown key revelations connecting the banking & finance special interests within global wartime events. Around the time my recruitment deal went south with Cadwalader, I broke the hiring freeze with an iP patent hire at a great firm, named Duane Morris. Next thing I know, I'm reading a comment section of a Covid origination article and a commentator wrote, the Corona virus has been patented, while she listed an invention number, 7279327B2. She went on to say her comment will likely be deleted, so I wrote down the number quickly. When I looked it up, to my shocking surprise, I noticed it was created at my alma mater, UNC, while I was attending in 2002. Lights, Camera, Action!

Next, I plugged that number into Google and found someone tracking 5 other nefarious patents including 7776521b1 with its 24 American inventor names, which sounded like the opposite of a zoonotic origin. It is linked to early millennial patents with the same "inventors," while assigned ownership and the employers of said "inventors" implicates government. Specifically, the patent names the Center for D̶e̶m̶o̶n̶i̶c̶ Disease Control (CDC) on the first page. I was down the proverbial rabbit hole, yet an international scheme for truth and justice seemed worth it. I felt obligated to use my right to represent Cadwalader to put what I passionately believed was healthy pressure through journalism. I was building up my website's SEO including social media outlets, blogs and vlogs, which I had some experience in at my prior industry for a decade, plus relevant connections. There was no hotter story during this time, so I was using all my creative juices working 12-14 hour days. I utilized Cadwalader partners' names, images and likeness to expose my findings.

Premeditated patents² belonging to the Federal Reserve private families had started to emerge, so their set-up was becoming evident, despite not having the full picture like that more completed link right above. I tried to be humorous with my journalistic coverage, so I poked at, even mocked my clients. I used slapstick, silent movies, and tons of overlaying gangsta rap music to poke at these guys, defending White-Collar cartel crooks. I even hired Cameo budding stars like Tha_Kanye East³ for $10 a pop, (old tate) then commissioned him to be my mouthpiece and company spokesman. Months after shaking their top two local partners with silly banter, I got a call from the partner I considered the most distinguished transactional lawyer in the world, Michael Mascia. He had a two-part message for me. He wanted to finally hire the attorney I recruited 6 months earlier and secondly he mentioned my videos were getting him in "sort of trouble with his boss," who I knew was the managing partner of Charlotte, Stuart Goldstein.

However, there was a conflict issue for me with the recruit he wanted, which formed in the 6-month time period they ghosted me, so I explained the situation. I still sent the $76,250 invoice upon start date and actually released more videos I was holding back, because the cause just felt bigger. They never made me sign an addendum to pull back media, as that's not part of recruitment deals. The 100% profiteers (their clients) had to be exposed, stopped and at minimal peacefully negotiated with to halt genocide, in my assessment. In 2022-2023, I completed the intellectual property² puzzle, which also legally links C¤vid to Cancer⁴ through my clients' client's liabilities and motives. I was arrested 5 times with no priors, spent 55 days in jail and sucker punched once, summoned to court 25+ times, had my wife leave me over it and Cadwalader spent hundreds of thousands on outside counsel at James, McElroy & Diehl alone to push me around with legalese and coercive pressure. In fairness to them, and journalistic integrity, I was warned that they would use the full extent of the law to put a stop to me by Beth Taylor, their General Counsel, all the way back in 2021, while this 12-round bout continues or continuances as part of their modus operandi. https://www.cadwalader.com/professionals/beth-taylor

They and/or their ModeRNA connections have triggered a [turbo/rapid] metastatic cancer, diagnosed immediately as stage iv, spread to the bones, spine, liver and brain. (Leptomeningeal Disease, the latter). Additionally, I received a bonus of bilateral deafness, called Sudden Sensory Hearing Loss (SSHL). Still the alleged victims continued willfully litigating calumnious charges with prosecution; aggravating cancer cells despite multiple doctor notes including Oncology.

Yet, if you ask me if I'd do it all over again, I would make necessary sacrifices again. The Lord never forsakes the righteous, while there's a time [and purpose] for every season, including suffering for the Kingdom. Ecclesiastes 3, Chapter 5.

A Matrix of Representation

G-D is not just the best healer and highest counsel, he's the funniest and most dramatic script writer. He is an architect with precision that must coordinate all His creatures under a single firmament. He built up my personal trusting relationships to then showcase tests against my favorite clients, alma mater and countries of allegiance, pinning me as an enemy of the STATE with an extra jab to the Holy land⁵. The USA has now become the first to market a nuclear weapon (Hiroshima & Nagasaki's A-bomb) a cyber-attack (Stuxnet Virus) and today's feature, biological weaponry, including on its own citizens. I'm ready to stand trial to testify when called for the new Mass Tort record, and respect Cadwalader's delicate position, as I face a similar Catch 22 matrix of representation. I strongly recommend less spinoff of Inception with deception. As an interesting ethical sidenote from their banking clients, Cadwalader made a judicious decision to drop their entertainment client, Kanye West, for antisemitism. I was using my talent acquisition skills to build up his more talented, artistic protégé,⁵ while not feeling strongly either way on the first Kanye. Managing Partner Stuart Goldstein would not be reached at this time for his perspectives on such sensitive topics covered, yet has been rather open and charitable in the past.
